Scheduling a Viewing: To learn more about any of our rental properties, including setting up and scheduling a viewing, just click on the property you are interested in below. A new page will open with all of the property details.
After you've clicked on the property - If you would like to schedule an on-site personal showing at the rental property, just click the ORANGE "Schedule Viewing" button. A new window will open which will display multiple pre-scheduled showing windows. Just complete the questions and pick a time that works for your schedule!
A note on tenant qualification; not all applicants will qualify to rent. Here is a brief summary of our qualification criteria:
Required Information - (a.) Government-issued photo ID, (b.) Pay stubs or personal bank statements from the last 90 days (no corporate bank statements), (c.) Pet profile registered with goddard.petscreening.com if pet(s) are included in the household, (d.) Current landlord contact info and for the previous three years, (e.) Current employer/supervisor contact info (f.) All adults aged 18+ must apply individually with their own email addresses. The application fee is $40; this fee is not refundable. A breakdown of how this fee is allocated can be shared upon request.
Common Reasons to be Declined - Incomplete application, previous evictions, active collections, credit score below 600 or no credit, insufficient income, unsatisfactory references, bankruptcies within the past 6 years, and move-in dates too far in the future can also be reasons for a declined application.
